I offer a beautiful natural facial treatment with cleansing, toning, a warm aromatic compress, face pack and an extended choice of Reiki/Cranial or foot / head massage.
My Heavenly Natural facial begins with a deep cleansing of the face and neck with a gentle plant-based cream, followed by toning with aromatic waters, a warm lavender compress to open the pores, then a nutritious clay/ seaweed, honey, oat or plant based face pack, made from a selection of ingredients to perfectly suit your skin type. Next you’ll receive a specialised massage sequence to lift and free constrictions of facial muscles and connective tissue. Tension and holding patterns in the face can overtime deepen wrinkles and in later life as the face loses muscle tone, as we all know…. areas can begin to sag.
With a combination of specialised techniques, and a suggested daily care routine the facial muscles can be revitalised through the use of plant based oils and loving care and attention. As an option this treatment can be combined with a Reiki / Cranial, foot or head massage leaving you with a youthful glow to carry you into your day.
